    Shipping times vary depending on the destination. Within the USA, shipping takes 5-8 days, and worldwide shipping takes 10-15 days.
  • How can I track my order?

  • Can I cancel my order?
    Yes. You can cancel within 12 hours of placing your order by emailing support@otakuforge.com. After this period, orders cannot be canceled once processing or shipping has begun.

    If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@otakuforge.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
