Refund and Returns Policy

At OtakuForge, we take pride in the quality of our anime-inspired products. Because our items are custom-made or printed on demand, we have a specific policy regarding returns and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

  • Defective products: Manufacturing errors, printing defects, or items damaged during transit.

  • Non-defective products: If you changed your mind or are unsatisfied with the product (subject to the conditions below).

Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: new, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

2. Exchanges

We accept exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or a different design, please contact us at support@otakuforge.com within 30 days of delivery to initiate the exchange process.

3. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Requests made after this 30-day window will not be eligible.

4. Return Process (By Mail)

All returns must be conducted by mail.

  1. Contact Us: Email support@otakuforge.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Receive Label: Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Shipping Label via email.

  3. Print & Ship: You must download and print the label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier.

5. Return Fees

  • Return Shipping Label: Provided Free of charge (No cost) for both defective and non-defective returns.

  • Restocking Fees: No cost. You will not be charged any restocking fees.

6. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
