1. ORDERING & PAYMENTS

Which payment methods do you accept? We offer secure and flexible payment options through our trusted payment processors. You can complete your purchase using:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and JCB (Processed via Stripe).

  • Digital Wallets: Apple Pay and Google Pay (Processed via Stripe).

  • PayPal: Pay using your PayPal balance or linked bank account/credit card.

Can I change or cancel my order? Because our products are made-to-order, you can change or cancel your order within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the order enters the production phase and cannot be modified or stopped.

2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Where do you ship to? Currently, we ship exclusively to addresses within the United States.

How much does shipping cost? We offer a simple flat-rate shipping fee of $5.99 for all orders within the U.S.

How long will it take to get my order?

  • Handling Time: 1 – 3 business days (Production & Packaging).

  • Transit Time: 7 – 12 business days.

  • Total Delivery Time: 8 – 15 business days.

How can I track my order? Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number on our Track Your Order page or directly on the carrier’s website (USPS, FedEx, or UPS).

3. RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy? We want you to be 100% satisfied. We accept returns for both defective items (misprints, damage) and non-defective items (if you changed your mind).

  • You must initiate the return within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in their original condition: new, unworn, and unwashed.

Do you offer exchanges? Yes! If you need a different size, color, or design, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to start an exchange.

Are there any return fees? No. We provide a FREE prepaid return label for all eligible returns and exchanges. There are also no restocking fees ($0.00).

When will I receive my refund? Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days to your original payment method.

4. PRODUCTS & QUALITY

What kind of printing do you use? We use high-quality Direct-to-Garment (DTG) and Screen Printing technology to ensure vibrant colors and durable designs that stand the test of time.

How do I choose the right size? Please refer to the Size Chart available on each product page. We recommend measuring a shirt you already own and comparing it to our chart to ensure the perfect fit.

How should I care for my OtakuForge apparel? To keep your prints looking fresh, we recommend machine washing cold, inside out, with like colors. Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry.
