Welcome to the OtakuForge Help Center. We’ve compiled a list of the most common questions to help you have a smooth shopping experience.
We provide secure and flexible payment options through our trusted payment processors, Stripe and PayPal. You can complete your purchase using:
Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club (Processed via Stripe).
Digital Wallets: Apple Pay and Google Pay (Processed via Stripe).
PayPal: Pay using your PayPal balance or linked bank account/credit card.
Can I change or cancel my order? Because our products are made-to-order, you can only change or cancel your order within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the order enters the production phase and cannot be modified.
Where do you ship to? Currently, we ship exclusively to addresses within the United States.
How much does shipping cost? We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $5.99 for all orders within the U.S.
How long will it take to get my order?
Handling Time: 1 – 3 business days (production & packaging).
Transit Time: 7 – 12 business days.
Total Delivery Time: 8 – 15 business days.
How can I track my order? Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier’s website (USPS, FedEx, or UPS) to follow your package.
What is your return policy? We accept returns for defective or damaged products only (e.g., misprints, torn fabric, wrong item). Since each item is custom-printed for you, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection.
How do I return a defective item? Please email us at support@otakuforge.com within 30 days of delivery with photos of the defect. We will provide a free prepaid return label for you to download and print.
When will I receive my refund? Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days to your original payment method.
What kind of printing do you use? We use high-quality Direct-to-Garment (DTG) and Screen Printing to ensure vibrant colors and long-lasting designs that won’t crack or peel easily.
How do I choose the right size? To ensure the perfect fit, please refer to the Size Chart available on each individual product page. We recommend measuring a shirt you already own and comparing it to the measurements listed before placing your order.
How should I wash my OtakuForge shirts? To keep your prints looking fresh, we recommend machine washing cold, inside out, with like colors. Tumble dry low or hang dry.
