At OtakuForge, we take pride in the quality of our anime-inspired products. Because our items are custom-made or printed on demand, we have a specific policy regarding returns and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility (Defective Products Only)

We only accept returns and provide refunds for defective or damaged products.

  • Defective products include: Misprinted designs, broken items, fabric tears, or receiving the wrong item/size compared to your order.

  • Non-returnable items: We do not accept returns for “change of mind,” personal preference, or incorrect size selection by the customer, as each item is made specifically for your order.

2. No Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you receive a defective item, please follow the return process below to receive a refund.

3. Return Process

If your product is defective, you must initiate a return within 30 days.

  • Method: All returns must be sent by mail.

  • Return Label: We will provide a pre-paid return label. You can Download and Print it from your email once your return request is approved.

  • Return Shipping Cost: Free. We cover the shipping costs for all defective product returns.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our support team at support@otakuforge.com with your order number and clear photos of the defect.

  2. Once approved, we will email you a pre-paid return label.

  3. Print the label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

5. Fees & Charges

  • Restocking Fees: There are No Restocking Fees ($0.00) for returning defective items.

  • Return Shipping: No Cost ($0.00).

6. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.

  • Refund Timeline: It takes approximately 7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
