Thank you for shopping at OtakuForge. We are committed to delivering your orders quickly and transparently. This Shipping Policy applies solely to orders placed within the United States.

1. Shipping Rates

We keep our shipping simple and affordable for all our customers:

  • Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $5.99 applies to all orders within the United States.

2. Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

Our products are printed and crafted specifically for you. Please refer to the following schedule for estimated delivery:

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST) – Monday to Friday.

  • Handling Time: 1 – 3 business days (Monday – Friday). Orders placed after the cut-off time or on weekends will be processed starting the next business day.

  • Transit Time: 7 – 12 business days (Monday – Friday) via standard shipping carriers.

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8 – 15 business days from the date of purchase.

3. Shipping Carriers

We primarily use USPS, FedEx, and UPS to ensure reliable and safe delivery to all U.S. addresses.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your package’s progress through our [Track Your Order] page or directly on the carrier’s website. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.

5. Delivery Address & Changes

  • Shipping Destination: We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

  • Address Corrections: Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us at support@otakuforge.com within 12 hours. Once an order is in production or has been shipped, we are unable to redirect it.

6. Missing or Damaged Items

If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, or if your items arrive damaged, please contact our support team immediately. We will investigate with the carrier and provide a resolution (replacement or refund) as quickly as possible.
