Processing Time

All orders are made to order.
Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing and preparation before your package is shipped.

Processing time starts from the date your payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information (when available). You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your package.

International Shipping

For orders shipping outside the United States:

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.
OtakuForge does not collect these fees at checkout.
Delivery times may be extended if the package is held by customs.
